If you are not excited by the prospect of a 9 to 5 job, you like working with people, are looking for a fast-paced career that will challenge and stimulate you, North Metropolitan TAFE’s hospitality programs will put you on the path to your dream job.

You will gain the knowledge and skills to work and supervise effectively in the hospitality industry, providing responsible service of alcohol, financial management and regulatory compliance. You will also learn how to roster staff, purchase and control stock, provide quality customer service, manage workplace conflict and comply with workplace health and safety.

Our hospitality students and staff win numerous awards at state, national and global events including the WA Oceanafest, Nestle Golden Chef’s Hat Competition and the Australian Culinary Federation’s Apprentice of the Year Awards.
