North Metropolitan TAFE is delivering the skills and knowledge required to be a confident and effective leader through a series of six skill sets comprised of units from BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
Each completed skill set gives you credit towards this certificate, and completion of all six skill sets will make you eligible for the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
You'll learn techniques to assist you in planning and prioritising for more effective and efficient outcomes. You'll be able to apply these skills in the context of project work ensuring timeframes, budgets and required standards of a project are met.
