Successful leaders are highly valued across all industries and possess a combination of skills and qualities that enable them to effectively lead and motivate their team towards success.

North Metropolitan TAFE is delivering the skills and knowledge required to be a confident and effective leader through a series of six skill sets comprised of units from BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
Each completed skill set gives you credit towards this certificate, and completion of all six skill sets will make you eligible for the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

This skill set will help you develop the foundational skills required for organisational leadership. You'll learn about building relationships and the importance of understanding and reflecting organisational culture and values. You'll also gain the tools to build and lead effective teams, including decision making, effective communication and how to develop self-reflection techniques.
