Implement and monitor WHS requirements

Successful leaders are highly valued across all industries and possess a combination of skills and qualities that enable them to effectively lead and motivate their team towards success.

North Metropolitan TAFE is delivering the skills and knowledge required to be a confident and effective leader through a series of six skill sets comprised of units from BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
Each completed skill set gives you credit towards this certificate, and completion of all six skill sets will make you eligible to apply for the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Develop the skills and knowledge needed to implement and monitor work, health and safety requirements to meet organisational and legislative requirements.
