This course offers a possible pathway to further studies for students who have not achieved satisfactory grades in Year 10 at school. You will be interviewed and assessed to be placed in the right course for you.

The Certificate II in General Education for Adults assists you to develop your reading, writing, maths and employability skills to prepare you for a further study pathway.

Our Joondalup program is primarily for youth and is supported onsite by Youth Workers. If you want to enrol in this course you need to make an appointment with the study area to discuss options. Please use the link below to book an appointment. Appointment bookings may only be available during TAFE enrolment periods. If the appointments calendar does not show any available bookings this may be because they are fully booked, or you are enquiring outside of an advertised TAFE enrolment period.

Leederville offers the Launchpad program, specially designed for students aged 15-17 years old. It includes the BSB20115 Certificate II in Business. The Learning Advantage Program is for adults (over 18) BOOK INTERVIEW (Robert).

The Midland course is delivered at community hubs in conjunction with external agencies and will only run with sufficient enrolments.

Continuous enrolment is available for online and off campus delivery only. You have six months to complete the course from your enrolment date.

Full-Time delivery is semester based.

Continuous enrolment only applies to Off Campus Learning and Online delivery. You have six months to complete each course from the time of each enrolment.

Local full time students

Course fees are made up of two components, tuition fees and resource fees.

Tuition fees are determined by multiplying the course fee rate by the nominal hours, which is the number of hours in which an average student could be expected to complete each unit. They are not the hours of training or instruction.

Resource fees are charges for material that are essential to a course or unit, and are purchased by NMT to be used by students during the course.

Fees may vary depending on the units you are enrolled in so an approximate amount has been shown. You will be given the exact amount of your fees at enrolment. Part time student fees will vary depending on the number of units you are enrolled in.

Please note, you may also need to buy textbooks or equipment for your course.
