Create great designs for functional ceramic ware with enhanced throwing skills
This skill set takes your introductory skills and focuses on the creation of good designs for functional ceramic ware together with enhanced throwing skills to successfully realise those designs.
You'll achieve greater fluency and control when making shapes on the potter’s wheel with enhanced critical abilities when evaluating the work you produce. You'll have the opportunity to make lidded pots and learn the techniques necessary to make the four fundamental forms of thrown pottery and adapt them to solve design problems.
