This course equips you to manage effectively in flexible, agile environments and lead teams through change with confidence. You’ll develop practical leadership skills, using technology to manage and support teams, communicate and engage with stakeholders, and apply management techniques to meet deadlines and budgets.

You’ll also learn to solve complex business problems using critical and analytical thinking, analyse financial and operational information, and develop and implement strategies and processes that drive results. Designed for modern workplaces, the course prepares you to lead and motivate teams while working effectively across hybrid environments, whether in the office, remotely, or from home.
