Our new specialised Biosecurity & Green Card Compliance Skill Set will enhance your expertise and help improve your employability within the conservation sector.

Biosecurity training is essential in the horticulture and conservation industry as it helps to protect plants, crops, and native species from pests and diseases. Without strong biosecurity measures in place, these industries can suffer significant losses in both production and profits.

Many organisations and businesses are developing biosecurity programs and protocols to reduce the risk of pests and diseases, as well as to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards. On successful completion you will have the skills required to work in the Conservation and Ecosystem Management industry and the units completed will provide credit towards Certificate II in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
