Gain credentialed digital skills for the workplace

The Digital Inclusion for the Workplace Skill Set is run in partnership with the WA Council of Social Services (WACOSS) who may provide eligible participants with a scholarship and support.

This course will build on your existing digital skills and literacy to help you use technology in the workplace or in further training. You'll cover topics such as communication via email or messaging platforms and researching or presenting, and understanding how to keep yourself safe online.

You'll receive training as well as strong support to be able to attend and complete training.

Before you complete an application, please make sure you:

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Are willing to commit to the timeframe and attendance of 3 hours per week for 8 weeks
  • Have some lived experience of  digital exclusion
  • Can identify how this program will benefit you
  • Are willing to complete a participant agreement
  • Are willing to share your experiences, for example through completing a survey
  • You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
