In this course you'll gain industry based skills designed to give you the confidence to work within the screen and media industries.

You will gain practical experience in a variety of hands-on and immersive sessions covering picture composition and camera technique, sound recording, content creation and artistic direction as well as industry specialised vision and sound editing.

You will work on a variety of task-focused projects while developing a portfolio of work showcasing your skills and knowledge in media production.

Once you’ve completed this course, you will have the opportunity to continue to the Diploma of Screen and Media (Film and Television) to further develop your skills and knowledge toward a career in scripted film making.

  • Develop camera, sound and editing skills necessary to create content
  • Gain knowledge of how to produce a variety of projects
