Cisco CCNA 2- Routing and switching essentials

Get a handle on the architecture, components, and operations of routers and switches in a small network

Whether you are trying to gain an entry level position in a network engineering role or improve your employability skills, this course can help you on your way to CCENT certification. You'll have small class sizes with instructor led delivery from start to finish and access to all of Cisco's NetSpace resources and materials for CCNA as well as allocation of CCNA lab equipment for home use.

On completeion of this course you will be able to configure and troubleshoot routers and switches for basic functionality and resolve common issues with static route, RIPv2, VLAN, NAT, ACL, DHCP in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks. You will also be able to perform device discovery, management and maintenance.

  • Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, IPv4 and IPv6
  • Implement ACLs to filter traffic
  • Forward router traffic
