Once you've completed this qualification you'll be prepared for roles involving the development of business documents, organisation of work priorities, workplace safety, sustainable practices, communication and critical thinking in team strategies, receipt and purchase documentation.

On campus delivery
Delivery will run over four days per week for six months when you study full-time. This will include some online working from home sessions. Days of delivery on campus are Tuesday to Friday, plus one week working from home (3 October to 7 October - subject to change).
Online delivery
To successfully complete the course, it's recommended you have access to a PC, Laptop or Chromebook with a Camera and microphone (inbuilt or separately) with reliable internet access. Tablets are not recommended.
Live online sessions are every fortnight on a Wednesday (some sessions recorded).
Compulsory attendance on campus is required for assessments on two dates:
- Assessment A - Thursday 8 September evening OR Saturday 10 September day (times to be confirmed)
- Assessment B - Saturday 12 November day OR Saturday 19 November day (times to be confirmed)
If attendance is not possible alternative arrangements may be available.
Online delivery can take up to two years to complete, depending on your other commitments.
If you wish to complete the course within one year, you'll be expected to:
- Attend regularly to scheduled online sessions
- Spend 10 - 12 hours per week individual study
- Complete 6-7 units per semester (6 months)
If you wish to spread the course over two years, you'll be expected to:
- Attend regularly to scheduled online sessions
- Spend 4 - 6 hours per week individual study
- Complete 3-4 units per semester (6 months)
