Get your mining career off the ground
This course will give you a solid foundation to work as an operator on sites such as a quarry or an open cut metalliferous mine, undertaking a prescribed range of tasks involving known routines and procedures, and taking some responsibility for the quality of work outcomes.
- Maintain and monitor site quality standards
- Position and set up mobile lighting
- Undertake conveyor and crushing processes
- Operate light vehicles
