Jewellery Advanced Studio is a practical studio-based course for experienced practitioners of silver and metal jewellery making. This course is great for participants who have completed Silver Jewellery Beginner and Silver Jewellery Intermediate courses or already possess sound workshop practices and metal jewellery skills such as soldering.

The Certificate IV in Design (Jewellery Studio) will provide you with the core skills and knowledge you'll need in jewellery design and fabrication. This course is taught in extensive purpose-built facilities and specialised studios at North Metropolitan TAFE's Northbridge Campus, offering the most in-depth and contemporary studio-based experience in the state.

On completion of this course you'll be eligible to apply for the Associate Degree of Design [Jewellery & Object Design] to take your practice to a professional level.

Certificate III in Jewellery Manufacture

National ID: MEM30605 | State ID: W241

In this course you'll gain a range of bench skills required to work in the jewellery manufacturing industry as a commercial jewellery manufacturer. 

You can only do the Certificate III in Jewellery Manufacture  as an apprenticeship. If you have already organised your employment as an apprentice, then you can come study this course at NMTAFE for extra training in all aspects of the industry.

Studying Floristry will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to create floristry designs using a number of techniques and different medium and prepare and display floristry stock.
