If you have an interest in how children grow, develop and learn, work well as part of a team and enjoy creating fun activities, then a career in early childhood care is ideal for you. This is a skills shortage area, with high demand for workers, allowing you to work closely with people from different ages, cultures and backgrounds, including children, families and communities.

A career in education support is fulfilling and will certainly challenge you, as you help to make a difference and support children to develop confidence, new skills and independence. Our qualifications incorporate modern practices, giving you the skills and knowledge necessary to support children’s learning, by enhancing their social, emotional, psychological, cognitive and language development.
