These skills will be practiced in a simulated work environment or at an appropriate hospitality establishment.

Important information

There will be a compulsory orientation session for enrolled students on Monday 26 October 2020 from 8am - 12 pm.
The course will then run over 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday.

Classes will commence on Monday 2 November 2020, run through to Thursday 10 December 2020 after which there will be a holiday break.
Classes will recommence on Monday 11 January 2021 and finish on Thursday 28 January 2021.

It is highly recommended that you study both skill sets concurrently, but you may choose to do one first and then the other.
