If you are working in the Western Australian mining and resources industry as a supervisor or above and you have been appointed to assist the registered manager in carrying out their duties under the Act, this course will equip you with the legislative knowledge required to assist the operations ensuring compliance with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 (WA) and the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations 1995 (WA)

You'll cover legislative requirements, compliance, workplace inspections, risk management and other topics necessary to give you an overview of Section 44.

This five hour course is delivered at our East Perth campus or, on request may be delivered on site.
