Property Managers Registration Skill Set

Property management is a thriving area due to increased investment in the property market

Successfully complete this course and you will have the skills and knowledge to manage properties and negotiate with owners and tenants. You will also meet the requirements for registration as a Property Manager.

You will gain a Statement of Attainment which is required to apply for Property Managers Representative registration in Western Australia. This course can also lead to further study in the CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management).

Plus the completion of a portfolio of evidence to be carried out in your own time.
