This course is designed to give you an overview of the interview process and practice interviewing techniques.

By the end of this short course you'll be able to:
• develop a plan to improve your personal interview techniques;
• identify key questions and develop a plan to use them to demonstrate you have the skills, knowledge and attitude to fit the job criteria
• identify different questioning techniques and types of interviews
• use the STAR technique

So if you are looking to understand the interview process and how to prepare yourself, this course will help you gain the skills needed to 'sell' yourself.
You'll learn about preparing your key messages, how to be authentic, developing strong opening and closing statements and how to equip yourself for the interview.

The course will help you work out what questions are likely to be asked so you'll be able to manage stress levels, prepare your STAR examples and practise your answers.
You'll get tips about what to say if you get stuck, what to ask and what not to ask. Prepare now for your next interview.
