This Hip Hop course will help you use your energy and experiences to create music.
You'll gain the skills you need to write, perform and record your own tracks.

You'll learn about

  • song writing,
  • beat production,
  • performing,
  • mixing and mastering,
  • artist branding 

At the end of this course you'll learn about producing CDs and you'll gain skills to help you with further study - you just need to be over 16 and have a passion for Hip Hop.

The course is run by Optamus (Downsyde), an award winning rapper who has taken out WAMi awards and Australian Dance Music Awards in Hip Hop, Urban Music and Electronic categories. This Hip Hop course will take place at Midland campus from 12:30 - 3:30 pm on Tuesdays
