Communication is a fundamental skill in every aspect of our lives, learn how to communicate with influence by completing this short course

Successful completion of this course will give you the tools and techniques to communicate clearly and confidently and present information professionally, lead and participate to effectively negotiate and influence clients and customers
You'll develop and enhance your interpersonal skills and knowledge to be able to negotiate persuasively, lead and participate in meetings and make presentations.

Skills covered include:

• Clear verbal and non-verbal communication
• Active listening
• Negotiating and presenting persuasively
• Understanding, adapting and presenting information to suit audience
• Preparing, participating and leading meetings to obtain successful outcomes
• Preparing and making presentations to audience to include:
• Identifying suitable forums for presentation
• Presenting clear and reliable information
• Designing presentation to meet the needs of the audience
• Art of answering questions
