Congratulations to seven of our students who have been awarded the second round of Women in Non-Traditional Trades (WiNTT) Scholarships.
The WiNTT Scholarships are an initiative by the State Government aimed at enhancing women's participation and equality in the workforce, particularly in traditionally male-dominated fields such as construction, building, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
Students gathered at our Midland campus to celebrate their achievements as they received their scholarships. They were joined by their employers, who shared in the celebration and emphasised their commitment to supporting the students' growth and success in the trades.
WiNTT scholarship recipients receive a $5,000 payment to cover training costs and other associated expenses to support them in their training and education journey.
