Visa Subclass Holder Commercial Fee Application

This form is for applicants who are on a visa subclass which allows them to study locally at the commercial fee-paying rate.
Do not use this form if you hold a student visa. Those on a student visa will need to contact TAFE International Western Australia.

A mobile number is required by the guardian to receive important text messages.  If you do not have one, please contact Student Services at North Metropolitan TAFE.
If you are under 18 years of age at the time of enrolment, you will need to provide your guardian details.  You will not be enrolled unless these are provided.

You need to provide evidence of your English Language competence. You can demonstrate this by providing an English test such as IELTS, PTE or TOEFL. If you have completed studies in Australia such as Certificate III or IV in Spoken and Written English or an industry qualification, for example, Certificate III in Business, these may be used to demonstrate your English competency
