Timetables

Thank you for choosing to study with North Metropolitan TAFE.

To access your personal timetable, you will need to view your Office 365 calendar, which will be populated once you are enrolled and registered in classes. (Note class registrations/enrolments could take between 24 to 48 hours before you can access your timetable.)
You can login into Office 365, by following the link and guide below.

Once you have logged in:

  1. Open the calendar in 0365
  2. Select the week beginning 4 February 2019
  3. Your classes should be populated from this week onwards. You should check the timetable each week for changes and classes that may commence later in the semester.

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing Office 365, please:

  • Allow at least 24 hours from the time of enrolment before attempting to log in to ensure that your account has been activated
  • Use only your student email and not personal email to log in, eg: StudentID@tafe.wa.edu.au (as per the guide)
  • Ensure you are using your Student ID and not another ID.  Student IDs will look like a letter followed by 6 digits, eg J001111 or 8 letters beginning with 2, eg 20001111 (as per guide)
  • Attempt logging in with just your date of birth (DDMMYYYY) in place of the generic password advised in the guide.
  • If you have attempted the above and are still experiencing problems accessing Office 365, please contact our campus libraries via library@nmtafe.wa.edu.au  or visit or phone a campus library directly and they will reset your password for you.
