This Skill Set has been designed to meet the Department of Health requirements to gain a Pest Management Technician Licence to treat mainly weeds and other minor pests in lawns and gardens, landscaping, bushland or minesite rehabilitation.

- Use small, portable hand held operated sprayers such as a knapsack or back pack, to control weeds and and other minor pests
- Prepare and apply chemicals
- Transport and store chemicals
There are no formal entry requirements. However it is recommended that you have at least two years of industry experience.
This course runs for three days from 8:30am - 3:00pm.
