Networking is one of the fastest growing areas of IT, and we must ensure that our courses keep up with the industry. We regularly review our curriculum to keep up with current practice and frequently update our IT facilities and equipment. You'll be instructed by highly qualified lecturers who have vast experience in the IT industry.

North Metropolitan TAFE is an authorised Cisco Academy, and Microsoft Silver Partner; our training is carried out in conjunction with support from these major industry players.

At the same time as you successfully complete your diploma, at no extra cost, be in line to achieve industry-based Cisco and Microsoft certification which includes the globally-recognised Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) qualifications as well as NetApp’s NCSA content that covers Cloud Storage Architecture.

At North Metropolitan TAFE we're offering real life work experience opportunities. Diploma students at our East Perth campus could take part in a workplace program with a local company. All students will need to submit your CV, then up to four will be interviewed and two selected to take part in this ten day program to gain live work experience as well as experience applying for jobs to get you started in your career in IT Networking.
