The role of Human Resources is to ensure that an organisation's most valued assets, its people, are engaged and well supported in their working environment.
This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of roles across a range of Human Resources functions. You will gain skills in areas of; staff recruitment, induction and training, workplace health and safety procedures, supporting the HR team with performance management and industrial relations procedures.

This qualification is directly aligned with priority industry areas where jobs are today, and into the future. As part of the state government Lower fees, local skills program, through to 31 December 2025 you'll only pay half the tuition fees (plus resource fee) capped at $1,200; or $400 if you're aged 15—24 or eligible for a concession.

On campus
Classes will be over run 3 full days per week when you study full-time - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Reduced study load options may be available, please discuss this with us.
Some units may be delivered in mix of online and on campus. Further information will be provided by your lecturer at orientation or in class.
At-home study
Study outside of class hours, including private study, assignment preparation, and research will be required to successfully complete your course.
