By studying this Certificate IV you will develop skills in the operation of survey equipment and software, working through advanced computations, GIS GPS equipment use and data storage and creating survey plans using survey software.

You'll also gain an insight into safety in the workplace and learn how to implement safe working practices. This course may be studied by work based training or by off campus learning provided you are employed in an appropriate work place and can have your work certified by a supervising surveyor.
