This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to market, lease and manage commercial and residential properties.

You'll also learn about property and business law, risk management, appraising property, building the rent roll, trust accounts, property reports, strata management and effectively communicating with landlords and tenants.

Upon completion of this course, you'll be licenced (upon Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board's accepting your application) to practice as a property manager.
