With the course you will gain a nationally recognised qualification and achieve Stage 2 accrediation with SCAWA.

This course is only offered in the workplace so you will learn through on the job practical experience. Our assessors have worked in the property services industry for many years and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

If you are interested in this course we will arrange a time for a consultant to come to your office and:

  • Explain the benefits and procedure
  • Discuss with staff to establish if they qualify for a traineeship
  • Provide easy to follow assessment material
  • Allow the student to complete the course at their own pace within an 24 month period
  • Have a mentor that can help overcome any hurdles while learning
  • Complete each assessment of subject competency in your office
  • Arrange traineeship funding for qualified staff
