If you are passionate about beauty industry and would like to work at a Beauty Salon or a Day Spa then this course could be the perfect one for you!

When you complete the Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, you will have the skills necessary to provide your customers with a professional range of beauty treatments and services. You will develop skills in facial massage, lash and brow treatments, nail art, advanced make-up, waxing, body massage, body treatments and retail product sales and advice.

This course will give you the skills to start up your own business and to work in industry. You will also learn the tips of the small business promotion to be successful in a very competitive market.

You will study theoretical and practical components in the class room and under salon conditions. Our professional teaching staff will ensure you are competent and able to manage the rigours of the beauty industry.

Please note the course offered in Joondalup is run across our McLarty Avenue and Kendrew Crescent campuses.

Course fees are made up of two components, tuition fees and resource fees.

Tuition fees are determined by multiplying the course fee rate by the nominal hours, which is the number of hours in which an average student could be expected to complete each unit. They are not the hours of training or instruction.

Resource fees are charges for material that are essential to a course or unit, and are purchased by NMT to be used by students during the course.

Fees may vary depending on the units you are enrolled in so an approximate amount has been shown. You will be given the exact amount of your fees at enrolment. Part time student fees will vary depending on the number of units you are enrolled in.

Please note, you may also need to buy textbooks or equipment for your course.
