This qualification provides you with the entry level skills and knowledge to work in the telecommunications industry. It focuses on cable installation and operation of telecommunications equipment and products for either private or commercial use. You will learn about regulatory framework and responsibilities, basic telephony and switching systems, supervisory and regulatory responsibilities, and using hand and power tools.
