You will gain the knowledge and skills to work effectively in the signwriting industry, using colour, preparing surfaces, designing signage, interpreting plans, measuring, calculating the right amount of materials for the job, working with scaffolding safely at heights, and workplace health and safety.

Our Midland campus is the only TAFE provider of Signcrafts training in WA. Students have access to the state’s first and only Flecknoe Thermoform/Vacuumform training machine.

Course fees are made up of two components, tuition fees and resource fees.

Tuition fees are determined by multiplying the course fee rate by the nominal hours, which is the number of hours in which an average student could be expected to complete each unit. They are not the hours of training or instruction.
